He has always responded promptly to any questions I might have had. His roofing crew and he go out of their way to make sure the customer is pleased. Just had Everett and his crew remove and replace my roof. Arrived on time, started work quickly, and finished the job in two days. Price was exactly as quoted. I called 6 contractors to get an estimate. Two responded. Everett was courteous, prompt in response to email and phone queries, and very appreciative for the work. His crew was polite, professional, and answered all my questions during the job. The crew even did a couple of minor repairs that weren't part of the quote at no extra charge. I'll never go anywhere else. They were professional, honest and timely. The owner is very easy to talk to and always responds promptly. It was an honest breath of fresh air in such a dishonest world. I wish all companies were like this!!
