I have been coming to your nail bar for pedicures since you opened. Usually we get great service and amazing foot and leg massages. Today I am not happy actually extremely disappointed with the service we received. We had an apt at 11 for 2 pedicures and one manicure. We waited 25 minutes before our pedicures were started. We sat and the water got cold. I did not get what was requested in the pedicure. The massage scrub usually includes the feet and toes not today.
