Hello my name is Bonnie, I would like to comment on your awesome service department that I recently visited. I cannot say enough about your remarkable customer service. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Mark. He had all the answers to my questions, he went above and beyond to answer my questions. I will highly recommend your company to friends and family.
Buyer beware! This place will not give you a sales price unless you put down 5000, which will not be returned if you change your mind, or something happens in life and you can’t move forward with your purchase. Then when you attempt to get your money back... memory is lost, paperwork disappears... people forget who you are.. they make it impossible! And pretty much force your hand to buy from them! After paying nearly $140,000 cash, the technician attempted to walk us through the unit operation but was stumped and then knew NOTHING about the Mercedes engine. Left there driving on reserve fuel tank. Still have not received reimbursement for first fill up. They make big claims to be responsive.but 3 weeks and 5 left messages later I have had no call back from the customer rep who claims she’s very responsive. Don’t believe all the hype about being a valued customer or expect their dedicated service and attention.
I purchased a new 3800RE Montana fifth wheel trailer from Holiday World Katy last weekend. I would like to say a very big Thank You to Chuck Keller the sales person who treated me and my wife with the up-most respect and Chuck is the one who sold us on the new Montana when we was looking for a used fifth wheel trailer. Chuck did a super great job on answering all of our questions and explaining all the options we had.
In 5 days my RV will have been here 4 months for repairs. I have had to chase Dean Williamson the whole time. It has taken them 3 tries to fix what was wrong since it was new, and now they want to charge me a deductible for them not fixing it from the beginning. Dean has not only changed what we agreed with up front, but now is trying to charge me double. Totally dishonest way to do business. This is the most dysfunctional business I've dealt with in a very long time. The various departments don't communicate with each other unless there is a crisis. Their flag waving motto under the porte-cochere doesn't seem to mean anything to them. Details: bought a new Grand Design toy hauler at the 29 August 2016, two weeks to pick it up, two weeks in my possession, returned for repairs. Returned to me, 10 weeks later. Holiday Worlds is the absolute worst! We had our trailer in for service in September 2016 for 3 weeks. We had to have our floor replaced due to a slide-out seal causing a leak, AC replaced, and an insurance claim for scraping a tree. The outside repair went well, but the inside repairs and AC installation was horrific. 1. They damaged parts on the toilet while replacing the floor, which did required an emergency call out on vacation to have fixed. Holiday World of Katy pulled through - I bought an Airstream 22FB and had some minor friction with the financing dept., however, they pulled through and the deal turned out great. We had a good experience with all of the sales staff - and we are really enjoying our new Airstream!
