Once again, they didn’t disappoint with their terrible customer service in the service department. Car towed Wednesday with an appointment of 2pm. Was told my car would be looked at Thursday, then was told it was on the list for first thing Friday and now the service advisor isn’t answering texts and/or calls. Call to talk to the service manager and he tells me “they aren’t a doctors office and don’t work that way”. All I want is simply some customer service and communication.
