Amazing customer service
Last January, I took my 2023 Durango SRT 392 to be serviced (13,000 mi/12 months). Staff was friendly and did an express service in 2 hours. Today I am discovering they installed a motor oil filter which is not adequate, is not Mopar and is half the size of the approved filter. They also included tasks not needed (like brake fluid change) and overfilled the motor oil. Elizabeth Palacios is awesome! Curteous, efficient and knolwdgable. It took miminum time to do my service. Going to schedule for two recalls and a 30k service.
