Absolutely avoid the service department at this dealership. I took my truck in to have a brake job, transmission service, and radiator service performed. They charged full list price on all parts, did not honor any coupons, and then tried to charge for services that they did not even perform. I had to argue with them on the prices and call them out on the services they did not perform. Elizabeth was friendly and kept me updated throughout. My car was ready right on time. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail.
