Bought demo model. Love the van, but got lied to big time by salesman. Was told lining was only missing above the bed. It’s missing in the whole van. That’s why we were asked to go early to view . We asked about cooling off period for new van and of course there was none. Wouldn’t trust them .
Avoid this company at all costs! Our experience with this company has been appalling. After purchasing a brand new caravan just a month ago, it flooded due to an installation issue on their end. Despite multiple (14 and counting) attempts to contact reception for someone to call us back, they’ve ignored every message and refused to take responsibility.
