I really can't come up with a enough words to accurately describe how great Shelby is. Shelby has been doing my hair for at least four years? maybe five? I would follow Shelby to another country for her to continue doing my hair (I told my husband, I will fly to her if she ever leaves me). I’ll give the owner credit that she’s nice. However all I wanted was my hair fixed since the previous person made it choppy. For this visit, thinning shears were used on my hair when that was never discussed and I don’t have the hair type for that. Also, I didn’t have the hair length to have my hair thinned out either.
