This is not been a very good experience for us at all especially my son as the first time homeowner. Jasmine typically won't answer the phone but will text. We never ever met Jasmine in person or her associate. She was not there for a walk through or final inspection prior to us taking possession of the property. The biggest problem to date has been missing pool equipment when we took owner ship of the home. Her as the realtor had possession of the home until it was sold.
