If you need to speak to someone right now… forget it. You’ll need to drive there even if it’s an hour away. I’ve been on hold about a half hour before I hung up. Even if you opt to be called back, again… forget about it. They won’t. The times I actually made contact with someone I asked for a nurse practitioner who was treating me and was told they needed to take a message for them. They never called back. The same for my dentist and then the clinic manager. Same thing. It must be policy for them.
