I have only been to this practice twice in the last six weeks. The nurses were very kind & personable. Dr. 'P' was very knowledgeable & did my ultrasound herself which I was somewhat surprised about. Usually an ultrasound tech does the test. She was so informative & explained everything in depth. I thank her & her staff for the care I have received.
Extremely rushed and dismissive. This provider refuses to look at the whole patient or connect historical data. Completely ignored years of chronically elevated inflammatory markers and an official diagnosis of bilateral lacrimal gland inflammation, choosing instead to rely on rigid, outdated criteria. If you are looking for a doctor who practices comprehensive, respectful, and up-to-date investigative medicine, look elsewhere. She also did her own eye exam to check behind my ophthalmologist.
I like going to this office as a patient . Dr. Paudyal and her team are very professional. They are dedicated healthcare providers and take their profession very seriously. I trust their team, and wish them much success.
