Yes they have have the worse customers service ever the dr is great but customer service is bad
I have been a patient of Dr Gupta for 8 yrs. The front desk is very responsive. Dr Gupta is very personable or related. She cares about her patients.
She is a great choice for a provider if you can get past the office staff. I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for several years. She is very thorough and caring. There might have some changes in the front office though in the past couple of years. One of the reasons that I recently went elsewhere was due to the disorganization and lack of customer service skills of the office. Dr Gupta is the most caring, compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. She listens and takes time to get a good understanding of what’s wrong. She makes sure you know your options and is quite collaborative in general. Great doctor!
The greediest clinic ever! They charge exorbitant amount of money inspite of having insurance and no professionalism at all. I’m surprised that they are still in business. STAY AWAY!
