I was referred to him by my family doctor, and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. The experience with his staff was comforting, the longest waiting room time was my very first appt (paperwork), he was comforting and allowed you to voice your concerns, pains, and lifestyle, such as nursing or diet, and it felt like he was not generalizing me but I was an individual patient. Dr. Lal took time out of his busy schedule to call and check up on me dealing with some problems I had with his front desk staffs. I can say Dr. Lal take his job very very serious no matter what the situation is. He is one of the best doctors I know, and I think him for that. Thanks Dr. Lal.
