The Center For Pain Management saved my back. I have dealt with spinal stenosis for five years. Within the last six months had physical therapy treatments that prided some relief followed by visiting a neurological surgeon who prescribed pain meds with no results. Found Dr. Arora and Dr. Knab who do not use pain meds but provided a series of shots at L2,3 and L4,5 and S1 with additional, but limited, help. I went today for my spinal shot with Dr Arora . The Dr and the entire staff here is wonderful. Dr Arora explained the whole procedure. I will update this in a few weeks to let you know how I am feeling.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Arora. He has been helping me for sometime with the damage to my spine caused by Multiple myeloma. The latest was a procedure called MILD. An out patient procedure that relieved the pressure on my spinal cord. The results were amazing. Significantly eased by pain. Quite remarkable considering that it was quick and pain free procedure. I truly believe that if you are suffering from back pain you should check out this procedure.
