This guy absolutely belongs in a circus. Do Not involve him in any real estate transaction unless you want it to be a disaster.
HORRIBLE Lawyer and experience. Do not work with him. If you see his name run and choose a different lawyer. He represented the seller of a house I bought. At closing his clients didn’t complete the required repairs on the house. Sunil drafted a contract saying the repairs would be done with the week or else we would receive compensation from an escrow account.
