Ever since my first appointment, I was truly impressed by Dr. Gangwani and his bedside manner as a psychiatrist. The vast majority of those in his line of work rarely possess both the skill set of psychiatry AND psychology. He will take the time to really listen and give meaningful feedback and support. I am very grateful for having him in my corner. He truly is remarkable.
Took me on as a client. I had an initial promising appointment. During our second video appointment he emotionally shut down after I told him my history. I was concerned with his behavior that day and already vulnerable from going into past trauma so I ended the appointment when he didn't speak again and just stared at me. Neither him or his office ever contacted me again. I already know the state of mental health care is abysmal in Missouri broadly, but this is especially bad.
Sunil is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever had, and his staff are amazing.
