I’ve always have had an excellent experience with the Dr and his team. I rated 5 stars due to care, professionalism and support provided. I feel very safe. The only annoyance is trying to reach them. It seems they have a mount sinai phone/call bank. Calls get funneled through them, return calls don’t happen. I’m not understanding why he doesn’t have his own admin answering.
Disappointed in care from Dr.Patel.
7 month wait before I can even get the consultation my primary doctor is recommending. Look elsewhere!!!
