He's in for the $$$ so avoid him. Very disappointing. Staff are rude too
The front desk lady here is the worst in New York and has a very bad attitude. I have never seen anyone tell you to get out of their office immediately after seeing the doctor. They won't let you out when I need to sit and rest for a while. I just saw the doctor and I'm very tired. Is it wrong to sit for a while and take a break? Very inhuman, I don't even want to give them a star, very unprofessional
The receptionists were the worst people ever. Very unprofessional. Constantly gossiping in Cantonese. They bad mouth patients after every phone call with an awful attitude. When they overcharge my copay, they kept telling me to call back while waiting for insurance to process. Hugh!?! Aren’t you hired to check on insurance and get back to the patient?
