The work I've done with Jessica has been life changing. I have complex PTSD as a result of my childhood. I've been doing EMDR with her and it's helped me recognize when I'm triggered, have less triggers, and get out of them much more quickly. Her guidance has been the perfect blend of supporting me and challenging my beliefs about myself to help me with my anxiety. Many negative experiences and shady practices by this company. I started therapy with Tabitha Giaquinto under a lowered rate based on income. 80% of my work was lost for almost two years due to the pandemic hitting my industry hard. Someone rear ended me and my car is also totaled, so overall finances and my mental state were not in a good place. I reached out thinking they could help. If you're thinking you need therapy, call them. You'll be glad you did. I'm pretty much a newbie to counseling, and I never thought it would be something I'd actually look forward to, but they do everything they can to make the experience positive and helpful at all points of contact.
