Stone Looks Brand New – I met with Lisa at Sungloss marble to look at my two travertine bathroom floors, showers, and counter tops. She called on her way to make sure i was home. Then arrived on time. Lisa explained to me the type of stone that I had and the issues that I was having. Once the issues were explained I asked a few questions which she knew the exact answers to. Lake Forest Library a 5 star floor – Do you have any idea how many feet must cross the front lobby of the Lake Forest Library? It's a lot, and the white marble foyer was showing the wear and tear of it's age - that is until the Sungloss team came in a worked their magic. Great Resouces – I have used the services of Mike and the crews at Sungloss Marble since 1996 and have found them to be very professional & knowledgeable. I have used them for my residential and commercial clients to clean and restore marble on all surfaces in in bathrooms, kitchens, fireplace surrounds, and heavy use serving buffets in commercial office buildings. Very happy with the service provided – As a marble/granite fabricator, I have used Sungloss services several times. In my opinion, no one better to use at the end of a project to clean/seal stone floors, walls, countertops. I will continue using them and suggest to homeowners to use them for ongoing maintenance.
DESTROYED MY BATHROOM TILE – Do not believe the claims made by this company. I was told that my natural stone tile would benefit from a $2,000 restoration. Much to my surprise the end result was a significant worsening of the tile condition. The tile must now be replaced. The company claims "they don't know why the tile worsened" - says a lot about their level of expertise.
