WARNING- This store does not honor their own return policy On July 8th, I attempted to return sunglasses I bought from sunglasses hut in Macy’s. I bought the sunglasses on June 17. I had the original receipt which states a 30 day return policy. The 30 day return policy is also displayed in multiple places on the counter. The cashier refused the return. If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife purchased a pair of glasses here for Valentine’s Day. I opened the gift, tried them on, then put them back in the box and in to my trunk, not to touch them for days. They sat in my trunk until today. We finally had some time to run errands with a newborn child and they refused to return the glasses stating there was a scratch there.
