Very disappointing experience at the Macy’s Sunglass Hut on 12/21 around 3 PM. The associate who assisted us was rude and avoidant. Instead of answering questions or explaining the process, she would turn her back to us, shake her head, avoid eye contact, and point at the iPad for us to fill out rather than communicating.
