I don’t recommend anyone to buy from this store. I bought sunglasses but I didn’t want the one in store cause it has some scratches. So they order another one for me and delivered to my house. But it also came with some scratches. When I went to return they refuse to return it. The manager of those locations on third floor very rude and deal with unprofessional way. I don’t recommend anyone one to buy from this. If there is zero star I will do it for this location.
I do not recommend dealing with this place. It is a deceptive and fraudulent place from the manager to the employees. I bought sunglasses for $350 as a gift for a person and told him if there is any problem you can return them or exchange them. I went the next day with my friend because there were scratches on them to exchange them. The employee refused. I waited for the manager. She turned out to be a fraud and denied her words. They are frauds and all their work is defective. I do not recommend dealing with them.
I bought a Versace sunglass from this location. The Medusa head logos are fallen off from the sunglass. I went there to see what they can do about it as the sunglass is still like new and I don't want to just put it in the trash. They asked me to give them the receipt of the purchase which I don't have it anymore. I asked them if there is anything they can to fix it at all and the lady who presented herself as the manger said sorry. We can't! The manager is extremely rude! I tried returning a pair of Rayban sunglasses I bought from this store and the manager kept saying it had scratches when it had none! She refused to take it back and kept cutting me off. Won’t be returning to this store!
