Warning: if you try to make two glasses returns in one week, they will not refund you back to your credit card. You’ll be waiting for a check in the mail. Zero mention of this in their return policy. So much for their “easy returns” and “perfect pair promise”. Ridiculous.

Walked all the way there to find out the door was locked but they are supposed to be open. Called and no answer. This is 3p and they close at 7p.
