My team just came in yesterday as a team event to buy sunglasses. We had the BEST time with Rudy and Isabelle. Isabelle in particular managed the entire process expertly and made sure that we were able to take advantage of all the discounting and promotions - she even project managed us as we scattered around the store. We all had a lovely time and we even commented afterwards how wonderful the buying experience was. Highly recommend this location and staff!
Great selection of designer sunglasses and friendly, knowledgeable staff! I visited the Sunglass Hut at the Promenade Santa Monica and had a great shopping experience overall. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide range of styles from top brands. The associate who helped me was patient and gave helpful, honest opinions while I tried on different pairs.
