I normally don’t leave reviews and honestly, I would only give this complex a one star review, but I’m giving a second star rating ONLY because I want to sincerely acknowledge Kaci Gutierrez, the apartment manager, because she has consistently gone above and beyond to help me through ongoing and serious issues in this property. She has done everything within her power to support me through repeated maintenance and safety problems. I've been living here for close to a year and a half now, and since Kaci has been in, there's been noticeable changes. Besides the effort they've taken to renovate the buildings, they're always on top of problems that may come up in individual units both with time and quality solutions. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Kaci Gutierrez community manager over at Sungate Apartments. She is an absolute sweetheart, and always has a beautiful smile to greet you with. I lived at Sungate for almost 5 years (21-25) in unit 101. The buildings are old, but I never had any major issues thankfully. The best part about living there was the tight nite community of neighbors, I miss them every day.

My front door was repaired and works perfectly. Work orders are always performed in a timely manner. Kaci is a breath of fresh air, professional, courteous and efficient. Bring back Merlin, we all miss him.
