I just moved here on the 31st of July and so far I give this place a 4½/5 stars, I love the people here, management is great, the whole area feels really cozy, although, when I moved in, there were some issues with my apartment, but management has been really helpful with helping us fix them! overall, I give 9/10 would recommend!!
If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Kaci was so helpful with getting the ball rolling for me. From the moment I walked into the leasing office until I got my keys, she made it so easy for me. Everyone that works at Sungate is so nice and welcoming. I'm so happy that this is my new home.

Hi since I've been living here now I'm really starting to see a change for the better with the new manager Ms.Kaci I truly see a big difference and thanks to the new maintenance Mr. Merlin he really keeps up the entire complex grass are cut no trash 🗑️ around the complex if work orders are put in he on it right away this is how it should be great community to live in
I would like to give Kaci andl Melven a 5 star review. They have been very attentive of their duties and kept up with doing their jobs efficiently. They make a great team and I wish them well in keeping up with our community. KUDOS guys for a job well done!! God bless!
