Thanks to Sungate Property Management, we had an excellent showing with Alex a couple days ago. He was very attentive and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions about the property and the neighborhood.
Company Use: Property Management. I utilized this company for over 1 year. They were unable to get the property leased for numerous reasons. Over nine minths after no viable tenants, and weeks of being advised of NO showings, and receiving VERY high utility bills at the property (and disputing the anonymous charges with BGE) I had services turned off for approximately one month while I looked into the discrepancy with BGE. I would like to mention that our experience with Sungate as the property management company for the property we currently rent has been extraordinary. Always we have received a prompt response from their staff. Today, Alex visited us to conduct the inspection, and his work was truly excellent. He answered all of our questions and facilitated smooth and positive communication between us, in addition to providing helpful tips for maintaining the property in the best condition during this cold and snowy weather.
