I HIGHLY recommend Sungate Property Management. I have had several property managers for the past 12 years and Sungate is by far the best I've ever worked with. They came on board after a previous manager neglected repairs, permits, etc. and addressed every issue right away. They were very thorough with inspecting the property, evaluating and addressing any issues for compliance. They are very responsive and communicate clearly. Their manager account system is excellent. Very professional, efficient and kind team!!

Sungate was great! Very responsive and willing to work with a variety of landlords and rental units. They completed repairs quickly, and they always responded quickly. It was also a big plus that there are bilingual to ease communication with a variety of technicians and tenants. I recommend them as a property management company.

I had a good experience finding a rental property through Sungate, and one I actually really wanted to get, too! The office team was really helpful in answering questions for me - namely Melanie and Ludwig were super helpful - and we had a great viewing with Alex before we signed. Their team helped me make sure I did the application steps correctly and directed me on next steps very well. I'm thankful!
