Sungate was great! Very responsive and willing to work with a variety of landlords and rental units. They completed repairs quickly, and they always responded quickly. It was also a big plus that there are bilingual to ease communication with a variety of technicians and tenants. I recommend them as a property management company.
Alex was a great agent. He was very knowledgeable and the communication was awesome.
I had a good experience finding a rental property through Sungate, and one I actually really wanted to get, too! The office team was really helpful in answering questions for me - namely Melanie and Ludwig were super helpful - and we had a great viewing with Alex before we signed. Their team helped me make sure I did the application steps correctly and directed me on next steps very well. I'm thankful!
Trash Company it took yall over 8 months to tell me that you chose another tenant for a commercial property that l'd applied for LAST SUMMER. I was hung up on continuously by your reps. Response time is no response because I still hadn't talked to a human from this company at all. Besides when I viewed the property. HORRIBLE ways to conduct business.
