Definitivamente recomendamos Sungate, son muy atentos y están siempre al pendiente de cualquier observación que se le brinde. El joven Alex muy amable en todo momento, despejó nuestras dudas y fue muy minucioso en cuanto a la inspección. Sin duda volveríamos a renovar contrato con ellos.
I HIGHLY recommend Sungate Property Management. I have had several property managers for the past 12 years and Sungate is by far the best I've ever worked with. They came on board after a previous manager neglected repairs, permits, etc. and addressed every issue right away. They were very thorough with inspecting the property, evaluating and addressing any issues for compliance. They are very responsive and communicate clearly. Their manager account system is excellent. Very professional, efficient and kind team!!

Sungate was great! Very responsive and willing to work with a variety of landlords and rental units. They completed repairs quickly, and they always responded quickly. It was also a big plus that there are bilingual to ease communication with a variety of technicians and tenants. I recommend them as a property management company.
Alex was a great agent. He was very knowledgeable and the communication was awesome.
