Poor customer support, lack of paying attention. Never answer their phones or return calls.
They NEVER return your phone call! I've left three messages over the last three weeks and they still haven't returned my phone call to order supplies.

Sungate needs to add their telephone number to their Invoice/Delivery Tickets. Currently it only has their address, so when you want to call them you have to look up their telephone number.
