living here has been an enjoyable experience, neighbors are mostly quiet, its overall safe and clean but my A/C hasn't worked properly for a few years and every time I try to get it fixed I have been told its working fine. Its fine on cold days...on hot days it barely blows any air at all or its hot air. I stopped asking to get it fixed because its the same answer. Edit: after speaking with Katie my AC issue has been addressed and was taken care of! Thank you for the speedy response

I moved into Sungate in January and have had consistently good experiences with both maintenance and property management. Katie is responsive and Dol always gets to maintenance requests within a day or two. Neighbors are friendly, not noisy, and sungate is an overall nice community.
