The manager and the custodian at Sungate were very helpful and friendly.
We were looking for a new apartment and were recommended to Sungate. We called the front office to get some more information and spoke with Katie. Unfortunately, she made the decision not to live here for us. She was very rude and did not seem very informed on the property. She was coughing vehemently while on the phone and did not listen while I was speaking. I got off the call with more questions than answers. If that's how Katie treats someone looking to move in, I would hate to see how she treats actual tenets.
I have lived here for 4 years now and I love my neighbors. Nice little community. The staff and maintenance are on point. Anytime I've had an issue, it's been resolved immediately.
My experience was not so great here.First of all I had someone write on my SUV, No one knows where I live but the ones I live with. I let the office know and they said report it to the security, when I called the call wasn't going through. They only offer me a parking lot in the back that they charged me 100$ for. Someone would knock on my kids window occasionally later in the day.
