I have been attending the VA in Detroit for 7 years and I have to say I love the VA, they take care of me and follow me to make sure I keep my appointments and I never spend more than an hour when I have an appointment. Love it
Entire staff is lazy an dont work for the veterans. They act like you're on their time. Like your not the reason they even have a job. Very slow. Getting them to do anything is like pulling teeth. They seriously need to fire everyone an hire an entire new staff. Everyone gotta go. Horrible attitudes. Even worse service to veterans.
I went there for a consult for Dupuytren's contracture on both hands. Both hands have been operated on before, but the doctor told me the right hand had never been operated on, but the scars are present! Told me he would have to cut off the little finger because he could straighten it! I had an earlier operation on that hand, it it was taken care of perfectly with no cutting off fingers!
