I was shocked with the horrible service I received from this doctor. I was 5 minutes late to an appoint due to a common mix up of the kaiser buildings and I called to let them and she refused to see me in person and only to talk over the phone. I accepted the phone appointment and without even talking to me about my symptoms she threw an antibiotic perscription at me and then I said “are you sure this appropriate without testing” which she followed with “I think I know what I’m doing” and HUNG UP ON ME!!
