Awful people. An agent tricked my 80 yr old mother into signing her papers by telling her it was illegal not to and then the owner, Kenny Sung defended his agent and refused to fix the problem. He told me since it was another company losing money and not me that I should just ignore what happened...disgusting!!!
Daisy i completely agree with you the owner Kenneth Sung is a very rude individual he ripped me off. He is also a control freak that makes people wait for no reason. He treats everyone like garbage i really don't know how he does any type of business. Ripp off report don"t not do business with the company
The only reason I gave this business 1 star is because there exists no option to rate below that. The owner is rude and sarcastic. Kenneth Sung is his name. He speaks to you in an abrupt and condescending manner and is completely oblivious to the reality that you are in fact the customer. I found his office on this site and called to inquire about a property. He was very hot tempered regarding anything I asked and failed to provide adequate information about the property.
