Rude front desk scheduled an appt with them for 845 wrote every detail down and read it back to the lady and she said it was correct when the day comes she calls @ 823 saying I missed my 800 appt when I told her that had to be some kind of mistake she said there’s no way and there’s no grace period like wow it’s bad enough I had to wait over a month to get in thumbs down 2x
I have never missed a doctors appointment in my life, missed my first appointment here due to certain circumstances. Was told, without asking what had happened or without being given any other options, that I would never be given a chance to come back or become a patient here.
