We switched to Sunflower Pediatrics earlier this year - I have been very pleased with the amount of time and care/thoughtfulness Dr. Wolfe has provided. I trust her experience and feel that she listens to us and considers the whole picture before providing a recommendation.
Dr. Mathad and Dr. Wolfe are the best pediatricians I have ever met, and as a doctor I have met a lot. They have taken care of my 3 year-old so for a year a half with care, compassion, and knowledge.
I’ve been trying to resolve a billing error with this office for over three months and no one will return my calls. Each time I’m told the billing person or a manager will “get back to me", "They are out of office", or "they will handle it" but no one ever does. The issue is simple: I was misbilled for an annual visit (which insurance always covers) and despite explaining this multiple times, it’s still not fixed.
