We had a wellness check-up scheduled for our child, but our child developed a fever and started feeling sick on the day of the appointment. When we called to reschedule, we were told we would still be charged a $25 fee. We were also told it was okay to bring our sick child in anyway. Seems incompetent if they write a milk allergy note and list skim milk or 1% milk as a good substitution.
I just wanted to let you know that Dr. Liang is very kind and excellent at her job. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional, but I especially want to thank Cristal for addressing the issue of my balance with the clinic in such a kind and professional manner. She seems to be new, but she is very good at what she does.
