I left my apartment around 3:00pm to get my nails done. I only got a solid gel color and did not leave until 5:30pm. It should not take two and a half hours for one manicure. When I was finally seated after an hour long wait, I was immediately met with rudeness for not informing them I needed to soak off my previous gel polish. I asked for the first picture and got told they “didn’t have ombré” so I picked a different color. The shaping and length is very inconsistent on each nail and the lady seemed completely uninterested in doing my nails. I was charged $60 for acrylics and only 2 nail tips.
Sa is the absolute best! always does an amazing job 10/10 recommend!!
Got a gel manicure with a simple design I didn’t ask for. any other time I go for a gel manicure it’s 65 but today I was charged 75 and usually they will ask do you want to tip I just don’t understand for a simple manicure why is it so overpriced
