I was rudely disparaged in the message portal about taking up too much time during appointments by someone who clearly didn't realize patients could read it. This was after I scheduled and paid for three separate appointments for different issues that year. I'll go to an office where I'm actually treated like I'm welcome and will not be coming back.

I’m only giving two stars because the doctors are good and knowledgeable but ethically I’m concerned about how this place runs. We had issues, which were in the wrong for yes, but they sent it to my child for collections. They’re a minor, and for discretionary reasons I am just going to say they’re really young and unable to pay for themself because they’re a CHILD. For those invested in the story, we are in a payment plan to keep them out of debt during their adolescence

You would think you go to an urgent care to get treated for a mostly ripped off fingernail but apparently they don't do that here?? I waited an hour and a half to be seen for less than 3 minutes and to be told "yeah I dont do that" when I explained how I needed it to be cut off because it's infected and it keeps hitting everything and it's causing a lot of pain. I was told to soak it in warm water with epsom salt. I ended up getting a call about 90 minutes after I left telling me to not do that, by the way. What would have h... read more

Dr Issawi is an excellent Doctor and the clinic is well run. No long waits, not even at the Urgent care. Highly recommend this clinic!
