I went in for a broken finger and had X-rays done. They referred me to an orthopedic doctor and when I called back to ask about pain management as the surgery I need is 4 days out and I just needed to know if it was okay to take more than 3,000 of Advil and ibuprofen and the lady on the phone said “listen to what you’re saying. If you take more than 2,000mg your stomach is going to hurt” and then “Alternate between ibuprofen and Advil and if you still hurt go to the ER we can’t do anything for you” when I called the orthoped... read more
Nurse Michelle doesn’t care to answer phone calls. I’ve been trying to reach her for 2 days now and no response or call back. My doctor was supposed to be Dr. Pacheco but I haven’t even met him in person. I wouldn’t be surprised if this clinic shuts down this year or gets bought out. Because they suck 100%
Dr. Stewart?? Top of the line. She is quite honestly the only doctor that has ever made me feel like she's listening to me. I've seen a multitude of doctors in my short 27 years and I have never had any of them believe me when I tell them my worries, my struggles, my pain etc. I've had people cough it up to ME being dramatic about what IM feeling in MY body. The receptionist and doctors love wasting their patients time by rescheduling you without any notice. Very frustrating and inconsiderate of them
Only my second time coming to this location. Arrived about 10min before my appointment, checked in, waited.....finally after about 30min went and checked to make sure they checked me. Well now it shows they didn't. And now my doctor can't fit me.....all I need to my medication renewed. Guess I will be finding a new doctor. The location down off of K7 seems to be pretty good, will try there again, just didn't care for the doctor I went to there. I liked this one the one time I saw her but back on the hunt.
