I used to love this place, now they have gotten lazy. They used to have talented therapists, looks like they’ve lost most of their staff. Last time I was there the lady identified a huge knot in my neck and moved on from and didn’t return to my neck area at all. I’ve had her more than once and it’s a lot of just running her forearm over your back. They also take business calls during massages and bring phones into the rooms, which is a privacy issue. Not worth the price for the quality anymore.

Before you go!! Don’t! We had a couples massage scheduled and confirmed, got there on time for our appointment only to find out they didn’t have a room for us. They wanted to give us separate rooms for a couples massage. Really!! To solve the issues we were asked to come back in an hour to have our massage, if I do!!! Save your time and I’m glad I saved my money.

Three stars because they answer the phone or leave the room to greet people when you're paying by the minute - definitely not relaxing. Also, they don't really ask or listen to your needs or what you want done. I specifically asked for a foot massage and the feet were not even touched.
