The weaponized incompetence of the staff at this location is astronomically impressive. After two phone calls being called the incorrect name multiple times and correcting staff each time as well as finally getting a response via email after being on hold for 35+minutes is astonishing.
So polite and caring!!! I only go to them since my first MRI at this facility..
