Dave inspected our first home this morning. Showed up early, was very thorough and knowledgeable!!! Would give him even more stars if possible. He even found a bent pipe in your attic that has been leaking harmful fumes, he potentially saved us and our soon to be born babies lives. We can’t thank or say enough good things about this experience.

Good inspection along with taking the time to show and explain to me what was found and what it meant which was greatly appreciated.
Dave does a thorough inspection and his reports are detailed. He inspected our first house 9 years ago and our second this year. We have been very happy with his service.
