Sunflower is great place to shop for healthy snacks & foods! I love sweets! I always have and I have finally found an awsome product at Sunflower that is also healthy. It is loaded with lots of nuts, seeds and natural sweetners. I'm not sure if its honey or molasses but it is delicious and loaded with fiber and nutrition. Now I can satisfy my craving for sweets and not feel guilty. They also have some wonderful rices and raw nuts to name a couple of my favorites.
