1st time visit. Requested a Mani Pedi. Was not presented with menu of services. Requested Reg mani and found out, the hard way, that Reg Pedicure has very limited service. Polish removal cut/file, lotion, polish and out. No exfoliant, heel wax, massage or backrub. Cost $40. The MAJOR problem in addition to the above mentioned short cuts is the language barrier. i got a pedicure and a haircut. the pedicure was good, no complaints. on the other hand, ive been to this place twice to cut my hair and it has been the same male hairdresser. the first time results was ok but the problem was that during the process of washing and cutting , its almost like he treats u like a mannequin head that’s getting a haircut. he washes and cuts your hair very harshly and rough, not gentle at all. its bearable but so annoying. kinda hurts too. the second time was the same. and, since i have a helix pier... read more
Got a pedicure here with Amy- clean, aesthetic environment and got a nude color. I communicated I also have an ingrown toenail which she was able to help fix which was really nice. I also had a broken nail which I didn’t notice and she fixed that as well! Very attentive and good experience. Would come back
