Sunflower Apartments are well taken care of. The Manager - Cindy, is very nice, explains everything in detail. She and her husband, Chris, also do property maintenance and there is never a time that an issue isn't resolved within 24-48 hours. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for reasonable rent rates, quality apartments that are well kept and managed.
