One of the best places I’ve ever lived. The management team is outstanding—professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Syreeta has been incredibly helpful since day one and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. To start, I want to give much deserved credit to the office staff. They were absolutely amazing throughout my short stay at Sunflower and truly did their best to help when issues came up. Unfortunately, the buildings themselves seem to be cheaply built. The walls are paper thin. I had very loud, disrespectful upstairs neighbors, which made living here stressful and uncomfortable. A friend of mine lives here and although their landscaping looks nice, the way she has been treated as a long time resident is horrendous. And the cost to live there is ridiculous for the lack of amenities available and/or included.
