Stopped in the other day. Bought Cinnamon buns (10 stars) peanut butter cookies (yum!!!) and a bread that had sunflower seeds in it. Best bread I've ever had! If you haven't stopped in yet, you don't know what you are missing. Support Local Small Businesses Like their page & spread the word.
Loved the Multi-grain bread. Absolutely Delicious! We'll be back when traveling to the Door.
when I'm done with the bread I use the leftover bread the best is baked garlic for homemade bread crumbs and I dry it on a rack and then I put it in the blender and beat it up and make my own yummy bread crumbs with some spices.
Picked up my stash of scones today and it was a good thing I did. They became my dinner. Yum! Best scones I've ever had, including the ones in England. I missed the mini king cakes today. It's a great bakery on Jefferson St. you need to try when you are in Door County. Cute place that I'll have to try for lunch one of these days.
Really extraordinary breads. Take home a loaf of any of the savory breads and make yourself a grilled cheese sandwich - with Renard 3 year old cheddar. You will be full. Dave makes the best molasses cookies I do believe I have EVER had (and I thought mine were good). A Brookie hits that butter-chocolate spot we all need to fill once in a while.
