My wife & I have been living here for couple years. It’s really nice and cozy here. Management is amazing. When any maintenance needed to be done. They’re always on time and get it fix’s. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family.
I’ve lived here over 10 years and for the most part it has been without issue. Both management and maintenance are friendly and very efficient. They are quick to fix any issue when it’s brought to their attention. I have formed life long friendships with some of the other residents and feel very comfortable living here.
I have lived here for over ten years. There have been issues but I found that management always resolved the issues. I appreciate maintenance especially Marco. I submit a request and it is fixed. Management is great, yes there are idiots who speed and washers and dryers break down but I found that it gets fixed. Most of my neighbors are friendly, and it is quiet at night. SunFlorin is affordable and has what I need.
Just don't deal with this management. They act like they are better than you, stuck up, and just plain ugly.
