I am so grateful with the job that was done in my home. I am so grateful for Rich iswonderful person. Explain everything detailed everything was cleaned up afterwards. He has a wonderful crew. Very poor customer service. Darren has put the phone down on me when I asked why he hasn't rung to say when he is coming. Seems to think it is odd for the client to want to be at home when he does the work. Seems very good when giving a quote, but hasn't turned up to do the work. I accept that work is weather dependent, but letting people know when you are coming is not.
The crew was late, unprofessional, and careless. Our new roof leaks within weeks. I regret hiring them. Avoid this contractor.
Extremely disappointed. Roof installation was sloppy, materials were cheap, and customer service ignored my complaints repeatedly. Would not recommend.
