Placed an order for a new sail for my son. When it did not ship after a few days, I emailed Sunfish Direct. Got a quick response that the sail was not in stock. They gave me a list of sails that were in stock for me to choose from. Said they would ship it out right away. So far the customer service is excellent.
Outstanding customer support and transparency regarding order updates. Company offered options to complete transaction then followed up with email updates.
I bought a Sunfish from Sunfish Direct about 6 weeks ago. I worked in Customer Service for over 35 years and can honestly say that I was blown away (you might say) by the service I received from the sale (again) to the delivery. I strongly recommend this company for any of your Sunfish desires. Well done!
