I cannot emphasize enough that you avoid this company. I am not competition nor do I have a grudge. They have visited my home some 15X without resolution. They simply do not have the training. I have been waiting 7 months to get a stove installed, that's right 7 months. I gave them one star because that's the lowest possible rating.
This would be a 0 star review if possible. 10/25/2010 - ~3 weeks prior, made the appointment for my fireplace to be sealed and insulated on this day. 10/21/2010 - Called to verify the time the crew would arrive. The lady I spoke to was unable to find my appointment on the calendar. Apparently it was never made or it had been wiped out. The salesman I was working with said there was no way I could be put on the schedule for my original date and he would have to call me the next morning.
