I love my food. I am eating things I did not ever eat before and loving it! The variety is amazing. I have already lost 4 lbs. I look forward to getting my food every day. This is one of the best decisions I have made for myself. :)
Great company-yummy choices.I am currently doing the Optimal Cleans program sunfare is offering with East West essentials. I feel great, shakes are super yummy!
Absolutely love Sunfare!! I started with the 5 day cleanse and transitioned to the new Paleo program after. The program is so easy to follow and the food tastes great! I noticed results immediately...perfect for getting bikini ready this summer. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a cleanse or meal delivery program!

WOW! this food is over the top good quality. Been dieting for a week and a half. I am so happy with how convenient it is to follow Sunfare. There is definately a lot of care that goes on preparing the food. I started the Select Diet and it has amazed me. Give this a 20 day trial and you will love it.
