Poor customer service, pressured sales with verbal promises not follow through by salesman, poor follow up by Suneva when I reached out. I purchased an expensive piece of equipment from Suneva that is not user friendly in its design. I was quoted a specific price that was not honored, nor were the additional disposables that were promised given.
